1. Damascus arranged for Rebecca Graves to move into this SeaTac house. Construction materials, trash bags, beer packaging, an old TV and other refuse were piled in front.
2. Mattresses and bedding in one of the rooms.
3. Plywood and other construction debris were in the yard.
4. Graves said a door fell off its hinges shortly after she arrived.
5. Graves texted a house manager to show a bottle of rum she said she found at the house.
